La clôture sur boulevard reprend le principe de façade et renforce sa présence sur la voie, tout en développant un jeu cinétique lorsque l'on passe en voiture tout du long. The project takes place along the boulevard. It is used as an acces filter for the tracks thanks to its openwork envelope. The fence on the boulevard uses the facade system and improves its presence on the way while developping a kinetic effect when you are driving all along the building. + La peau du bâtiment est constituée d'éléments verticaux, en lames de bois ou de métal, espacés irrégulièrement suivant leur fonction. L'enveloppe a été conçue pour répondre à l'ensemble des contraintes liées au site et au programme : protection solaire, intimité, anti-intrusion, anti-vandalisme, modularité de la construction, préfabrication, démarche environnementale… Construction & développement durable: Volume simple et rigoureux permettant l'optimisation du mode constructif, la rationalisation de la structure, de l'enveloppe et des réseaux. Mise en place de haies coupe-vent aux essences locales et au feuillage persistant. Préservation de la végétation existante. Développement d'une biodiversité en relation avec le site (milieu humide). Les fossés drainant permettent à la fois d'apporter un complément au système de dépollution des eaux par les plantes. The envelope was made in order to solve all the constraints depending of the brief and of the site : solar protection, intimity, modularity of the building, prefabrication, anti-intervention, anti-vandal, environmental approach… Building & sustainable development / Simple and rigorous volumes allow the optimisation of the way of building, the rationalization of the structure, of the envelope and of the networks. Implementation of windbreak hedges composed of local species with persistent foliage. Preservation of the existing vegetation. Development of a biodiversity in relation with the site (humid environment). The drainage ditches allow to rid the water of pollution thanks to a system using plants.
